Eligibility for On Demand Examination

Those students who failed in 10th & 12th class from CBSE/ICSE or any state board so students can take the admission in On Demand examination. Nios board provides this flexible system to give the exam earlier whenever they want to give. If you are failed students and want to give the of failed subjects exam through on demand exam system so you are eligible.

If you are a failed students of 10th & 12th class and having failed mark sheet so you can apply for on-demand examination. You can give on demand exam in any state of India. If you are prepared and thinking to give to the exam as soon as possible so you can apply now.

Where & When On Demand Exam Conducts 

Nios On Demand conduct exam in its regional centre and Kendriya Vidyalaya’s in every state. Nios board has fixed some months to give on demand examination. Here you can see months for on demand exam (June, July, August, September 2021/ December, January, February, March 2021-22) every year.

Nios board provides exam dates under these months so you can choose exam date as per your choice.

One more thing you have to notice here for on demand exam. Nios conduct public exam twice in year. First is the March-April exam session and the second is the September-October exam session. if you give on demand exams in June, July, August, September 2021 and you got pass result so you will get pass marksheet of the session March-April 2021. and if you give the exam in December, January, February, March 2021-22 so you will get pass marksheet of session 2021 September-October. Nios declare the on demand exam result within 45 days.

TOC (Transfer of Credit) Facility in On-Demand Exam

If you are failed in the 10th & 12th class in some subjects from your previous board so you can opt TOC the facility maximum of two passed subject from your previous board marksheet. and you will have to give minimum of three subjects exam in on demand. after passing the exams you will get all subjects marksheet from nios board.

Who can Apply for nios admission class 10th or 12th class

Who can Apply for nios admission class 10th or class 12th in south Delhi, Laxmi Nagar, Mayur Vihar, Ashok vihar, Kirti Nagar

 NIOS Admission 2021-22 Form: NIOS Block 1 application 2022 are available now. Interested candidates can fill the NIOS 2022 exam application form before the last date. Interested learners can apply for NIOS admission 2022 online as it the only mode to register.

 NIOS admission form 2021 for Sep/April exams must be filled before the last date i.e. 31^ST july 2021. After that, application will be closed and candidates will not be able to apply. NIOS Admission- Documents

• Recent Passport size color Photograph of the candidate.
• A valid identity proof (such as Aadhaar Card or Ration card or Passport etc.)
• Signature (preferably in Black Ink)
• Valid proof of Date of Birth (like Birth Certificate or Aadhaar Card with the date of birth printed on it in the dd/mm/yy format etc.)
• Class 8th mark sheet or Self Certificate for admission to the secondary course). Class 10th mark sheet for the senior secondary course.
• A valid Residence proof (such as Aadhaar Card with complete address printed on it, / Water Bill/Electricity Bill/ Ration Card/ valid Passport /Voter ID/ Indian Passport/Statement of Operational Bank Account/Appointment Letter from the Employer on Printed Letter Head, if living in rented accommodation – copy of any proof of permanent address along with present Rented Agreement)
• Caste/ Social Category Certificate (if a candidate belongs to SC/ST/OBC social category).
• Ex-serviceman Certificate (if the candidate is an Ex-serviceman)
• Disability Certificate (in of disability)
• Fail mark sheet of previous Board, failing which Transfer of Credit (TOC) marks will not be updated in NIOS result. If TOC Board marked with (*Other) is selected, then the result should be available on the concerned Board Website else candidate has to submit a result verification letter from concerned Board as per the norms of NIOS.

To cater to the different needs of students there are four streams under which learners can get admission to NIOS. These streams are-

• Stream I- it includes online admissions for all learners
• Stream II- Includes admission for learners who want to appear in Oct/Nov exams.
• Stream III- Admission for learners who want to appear in On Demand Examination System (ODES) of NIOS for Secondary level.
• Stream IV- For learners to want to appear in On Demand Examination System (ODES) of NIOS for Senior Secondary level.

NO UPPER AGE LIMIT FOR 10TH & 12TH CLASS ADMISSION

Minimum age limit is 14 years for 10th class and 15 years for 12th class.
